2019 Chardonnay Landwein "Franz Anton", Baden, Germany

Cool, quite fine and reserved, fresh, somewhat herbal citrus nose with pome fruit nuances, herbs and floral traces. Bright, fine-juicy and again cool in the mouth, polished, bright, restrained fruit, delicately nutty, yeasty and planty to herbaceous tones, elegant style, good persistence, rather slender type, very delicate, again light woody hints, chalky mineral nuances, still barely developed, very good, firm, delicately juicy, again cool finish with plenty of draught. Still needs to mature.
