2018 Chardonnay Landwein trocken "NU - No. 9", Baden, Germany

Firm, quite deep, still undeveloped, clearly yeasty and nutty, also slightly yellow-spicy fragrance with light yellow-fruity, a little floral and hinted bacon notes and a little flint. Slender, tart, light, cool fruit, lots of bite and grip, chalky, bacon, nutty and a little reminiscent of egg white notes, present acidity, some tannin, noticeably yeasty tones, still undeveloped, cool nature, very good, tart, firm finish
