Nutty, restrained yeasty and delicately floral aroma of red berries and pomaceous fruit with tobacco nuances and a hint of nutmeg. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty and slightly buttery flavours, relatively fine perlage, good substance and persistence, yeasty hints, salt and a little oregano, again a little tobacco and nutmeg, hints of wood, delicate grip, very good finish. In top form.

Editor note: Yeasty, nutty and slightly floral aroma of pome fruit and a little citrus zest with red berry notes and a hint of blanched almonds. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, rather tart fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, a hint of smoke, mushroomy nuances and a hint of pepper, fine mousseux, some grip, good persistence, delicately creamy in the background, a hint of tobacco, very good finish. Makes you feel good.
