2018 Brut "Pinot Rosé" (Deg. 05/2022), Baden, Germany

Yeasty, nutty and slightly floral aroma of pome fruit and a little citrus zest with red berry notes and a hint of blanched almonds. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, rather tart fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, a hint of smoke, mushroomy nuances and a hint of pepper, fine mousseux, some grip, good persistence, delicately creamy in the background, a hint of tobacco, very good finish. Makes you feel good.
