Yeasty and slightly buttery pome fruit scent with citrus notes, nutty tones and slightly vegetal hints. Ripe, quite juicy fruit, clearly yeasty, somewhat vegetal and nutty tones, quite fine mousseux, light grip, persistent, delicately floral and herbal, some depth, very good, tangy and grippy finish with almost a little smoky spiciness.
