Clear cool nose, light herbaceous and mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate yeasty traces. Dry, slightly nutty fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of lentils, soup greens, fennel and licorice, fairly persistent, some grip, still undeveloped, more earthy and mineral notes on a slightly muted, good to very good tart finish.
