2016 Jedentag, Baden, Germany

Onion-skin colour. Vegetal and floral notes on the nose, dried herbs and fennel, raspberry and peach fruit. Fairly cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, red berries, fairly prominent acidity, light tannic grip, hint of tobacco, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, hint of caraway and paprika powder, good to very good finish.
