Cool, polished nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, restrained, elegant pomaceous fruit, herbaceous traces, hint of tobacco. Ripe, clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, yeasty aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, ripe tannins provide elegant grip, some depth, still undeveloped, slightly creamy, elegant style, very good polished finish. Needs time to mature.
