Nutty, yeasty and a hint of floral aromas of pome fruit and red berries. Clear, finely juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and very slightly tobacco aromas, fine mousseux, good persistence, some grip, delicate metallic nuances, chalky and salty minerality in the background, some depth, very good, finely juicy finish with grip and bite
