Clear, slightly dried vegetable to herbaceous and tobacco-like, also yeasty fragrance with pome fruit aromas, citrus nuances as well as nut and floral tones. Clear, firm, polished, tangy-juicy fruit, yeasty, nutty and vegetable to herbal tones, a touch of floral, persistent, fine mousseux, has grip and bite, some depth, chalky and salty minerality, a hint of smoke, very good, firm finish
