Cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, citrus and apple fruit, herbaceous traces, elegant bread aromas. More prominent bread notes on the palate, yeasty, slightly off-dry fruit, floral traces, hint of mushrooms, very delicate traces of blood and metal, good persistence, fine mousse, light grip, hint of bacon, very good finish.
