Fairly cool, tart nose, some smoked bacon, dried vegetal notes, red and a few black berries, hint of caraway seed and dried floral notes. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, spicy and dried floral aromas, prominent caraway seed and some dried mushrooms, touch of spicy oak and cocoa, persistent, medium body, some depth, hint of anise, very good, fairly juicy finish.
