Cool, firm nose, delicate nutty and light peppery notes, prominent mineral notes, elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit. Fairly cool bone-dry fruit on the palate, very elegant vegetal and herbaceous as well as yeasty notes, lively, polished acidity, persistent, fairly prominent mineral notes, firm structure, elegant style, some depth, still young, very good elegant, juicy finish.
