2015 Riesling Brut, Baden, Germany

Cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, cirtrus and some apple fruit, floral notes. Light-bodied, straightforward, cool fruit on the palate, fairly prominent medium-fine mousse and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, fairly persistent, vegetal notes, delicately sweet dosage, good finish with prominent acidity.
