Translate to English Deutlich pflanzlicher und noch einen Hauch käsiger Duft mit verhaltenen Zitrus- und Kernobstnoten. Sehr schlank und ganz trocken im Mund, wieder betont vegetabil, leicht käsig und etwas erdig, passende Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, etwas Biss, mineralische Nuancen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher Abgang.
