Firm, deep, briloliantly clear nose, red berries, floral notes, touch of cherries, herbaceous traces, cool and minty, nutty traces, some dried meat, earthy and mineral notes. Cool, firm, tart, polished red fruit on the palate, yeasty and earthy notes, light nutty notes, very slightly smoky, hint of tobacco, licorice, lively acidity, firm, youthful tannins, still slightly astringent, white pepper in the background, persistent, as yet largely undeveloped, very good tart finish. Initially closes up after opening, but really opens up on the second day.
