Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuteriger und einen Hauch röstiger Duft nach reifen roten Beeren mit getrocknet-floralen Aromen, einem Hauch Speck und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Straff, eher kühl und saftig im Mund, rote Frucht mit kräuterigen und floralen Noten, einer Spur Rauch und röstigen Nuancen, lebendige Säure, sehr feiner Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig, etwas gewürzig, deutlich Salz im Hintergrund, noch eher jung, aber schon ziemlich animierend, sehr guter, kühler, feinsaftiger Abgang mit Biss.
