Firm, tart nose, prominent yeasty notes, elegant citrus and pomaceous fruit, some brioche, cool vegetal aromas, floral traces. Elegant, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, noticeable acid bite, fairly fine, lively mousse, persistent, nutty traces, some mussel shells and brioche, cool vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of light tobacco, good to very good finish.
