Translate to English Zart holzwürziger Duft von Hülsenfrüchten und Äpfeln mit zartrauchiger Mineralik. Klare, geradlinige und feinsaftige Frucht, lebendige Säure, sehr gut eingebundenes Eichenholzaroma, kräftiger Körper, recht straff strukturiert und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr gute Balance, langer Nachhall mit Aromen von Feuerstein, Melonen und Eichenholz. Zu Krustentieren oder Fleisch in Sahnesauce.
