Quite cool, still slightly yeasty, somewhat nutty and vegetable to herbal nose with citrus and pome fruit notes, a hint of peach skin and suggested bacon. Refined, cool, finely juicy fruit with delicate sweetness, again peach and hinted apple, lively acidity, slight carbonation, has some grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
