2016 Scheurebe Spätlese, Pfalz, Germany

Youthful nose, fresh vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, some sugar candy, light floral traces. Light-bodied, very sweet fruit on the palate, touch of melon, fresh vegetal aromas, hint of passion fruit, very elegant, lively acidity, noticeable carbon dioxide, slightly persistent, some sugar candy, quite sweet on a good to very good cool, juicy finish.
