Nutty, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes on the nose, yellow fruit. Creamy fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, elegant acidity, light sandy tannins, smoky and vegetal traces, earthy and mineral traces, hint of bacon in the background, full body, salty notes in the background, hint of mushrooms and smoky traces again on a very good, tart, creamy, gripping finish.
