Relatively cool, very slightly reductive, somewhat floral, herbal and lightly nutty scent of yellow fruits with a hint of elderberry and nuances reminiscent of mussel shells. Young, delicately sweet fruit with some yeast, lively acidity, hints of tannin, quite good persistence, chalky tones, hints of roses in the good, again sweet finish.
