Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, delicately mushroomy and dried herbal scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of asparagus, rhubarb and fennel. Rather bright fruit with a hint of raspberries, lively acidity, hints of citrus and mint, delicate tannin, good persistence, salty and chalky tones, good, very slightly muted finish with a little root vegetable.
