Light nutty and dried floral notes on the nose, partly dried pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus, some light tobacco, elegant vegetal traces, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly concentrated, very sweet fruit on the palate, sugar candy, some honey, very light smoky traces, floral notes, prominent nutty aromas, persistent, very elegant acidity, yeasty traces in the background, good depth, elegant yellow spice, long, sweet finish.
