Firm nutty nose, light smoky notes, dried yellow fruit and red berries, some sugar candy, plum puree and dried flowers, hint of tobacco and sweet spice. Very sweet, creamy, dried fruit on the palate, smoky and toasted notes, lots of sugar candy and some caramel, very elegant acidity, persistent, light spicy notes and some tobacco, quite concentrated, some dried herbs in the background, floral traces, hint of bacon, very good long, creamy, sweet, spicy finish.
