Soked bacon and light animal notes on the nose, partly preserved blackcurrants and some sour cherries, light nutty and sooty notes, herbs in the background, some red bell peppery, earthy and mineral traces. Firm, very juicy, fairly tart dark fruit on the palate, light touch of smoked bacon, prominent dried herbs, peppery traces. persistent, refreshing acid bite, salty mineral otes, hint of sugar candy in the background, some depth, touch of licorice, firm bite, moderate tart spicy oak, hint of tobacco on a very good firm,, tart, juicy finish.
