Translate to English Recht kühle und herbe Nase nach schwarzen Beeren und Sauerkirschen mit rotbeerigen und etwas pflanzlichen Noten. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, sehr feines Tannin, kräuterig-pflanzliche und ganz leicht altholzige Nuancen, ein Hauch Pfeffer im Hintergrund, hat gewisse Kraft, bleibt dabei aber eher kühl, harmonisch und animierend, guter Abgang. Macht Laune.
