Hint of melon on the nose, herbaceous with delicate burnt notes, floral notes and muscat. Slightly perfumed, delicately bitter-sweet polished apple fruit on the palate, some medicinal herbs, licorice, integrated acidity, very slightly tart in the background, refreshing, shows its origins, very good finish.
