2007 Chardonnay-Neuburger trocken Gustav, Burgenland, Austria

Tranquil yellow fruit on the nose, touch of hay and some nutty notes, light smoky notes, moderate spicy oak. Full-bodied on the palate, slightly warm alcohol, gentle, compact preserved yellow fruit, delicate herbaceous notes and some earthy notes, well integrated, elegant, spicy oak, shows its origins, integrated moderate acidity, full-bodied, has substance and some depth, opulent but not excessively so, slightly alcoholic on a very good long finish.
