2006 Leithaberg trocken Leithaberg, Burgenland, Austria

Cool nose, apples and melon with some citrus notes, prominent mineral notes, spicy, nutty aromas and delicate smoky notes. Firm and quite juicy on the palate, integrated oak, nutty and some more prominent mineral notes, some dried herbs in the background, very full-bodied, but the fairly prominent and elegant acidity ensures the wine is not too heavy, persistent, medium depth, very good long finish.
