Ripe, slightly developed, juicy, not quite dry fruit, lively acidity, somewhat sandy grip, good persistence, herbal notes, also nutty tones, delicate bitterness in the background, mineral notes, medium strength, quite juicy finish, again with grip as well as smoky and herbal spice.
