2021 Wagram DAC Ried Steinberg Riesling trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clear, polished, almost cool bouquet with bright, quite fine yellow fruity aromas, still a hint of yeast, vegetal nuances and a hint of flowers. Bright, slightly sweet melting fruit, fine acidity and some grip, a little root vegetable on the palate, good substance and persistence, clear minerality, a hint of candy, very good, firm, again slightly sweet finish with grip and bite.
