Quite firm, deep, nutty and slightly mushroomy aroma of ripe yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of dried herbs. Firm, quite sweet fruit with slightly ethereal notes, very fine acidity, good substance, some ripe tannin, a hint of green tea in the background, hints of peach and mint, delicate melting, a hint of salt in the very good, somewhat alcoholic finish
