Cool, bright, delicately yeasty nose with restrained white and yellow fruity hints as well as herbal and floral nuances. Lean, cool, bright fruit, lively acidity and delicate grip, planty to herbal notes, a hint of floral on the palate, salt in the background, good, cool, tart finish with bite.
