Nutty, vegetal and herbaceous and a little spicy fragrance with aromas of pome fruit and citrus. Ripe, tart, rather restrained, light, somewhat melted fruit, yeasty, vegetable and slightly nutty aromas, white pepper in the background, delicate flower tones, some warmth, chalky notes, still slightly muted, very good, quite firm finish with light juice, a little chalk and nutty-woody hints. Must still mature a little
