Firm, slightly fleshy-animal scent of blackcurrant and black olives with cedar and tobacco aromas, some pepper and dried herbs. Clear, firm, polished, tart fruit, some acid bite and fine, youthful tannin, persistent on the palate, cool on the palate despite all its strength, smoky and cedar nuances, again a hint of pepper, minerality in the background, good depth, firm structure, very good, firm, tart finish with a draught
