Nutty and a little reminiscent of wood glue with dried yellow-fruity aromas, dried floral tones and hints of yellow spice. Rather calm, slightly warm fruit, nutty, moderately woody and delicately buttery flavours, very fine acidity, some tannin, vegetal notes, a hint of yeast, good substance and persistence, good to very good finish
