Cool, somewhat herbal and slightly floral nose with white and yellow fruit and a little chalky and nutty yeasty notes. Tart in the mouth, clearly yeasty and also herbal, very restrained, bright fruit, clearly chalky notes, some persistence, a trace muted, noticeable tannin, bright nutty flavors, good to very good, tart finish
