Fairly shy nose, very slightly perfumed, light green vegetal notes and lime, yeasty notes and a hint of white berries. Straightforward, slightly lemony fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, fresh vegetal and light floral notes in the background, touch of sugar candy, some grip, good persistence, light mineral and yeasty notes, firm bite, very good, fairly fresh and complex finish.
