Still a little closed, delicately smoky fragrance with fine vegetal and light yellow fruity aromas, a little fennel, herbs and floral nuances. Clear, firm, tart, tangy-juicy fruit, yeasty, fine-vegetable and light nutty tones, again also a little smoke, in the background a lot of salt and chalk, sage and fennel notes, still young, some depth, some power, lasting, very good, firm finish. Still has some time
