Cool, tart and firm, polished, delicately herbaceous-vegetable and clearly mineral fragrance with light, fine yellow-fruity aromas as well as nutty and yeasty tones. Ripe, tart, yet melting and slightly warm fruit, light nutty, yeasty and also slightly vegetable notes, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, much melting, still undeveloped, a hint of vanilla on the palate, also white-peppery and dried herbal tones, certain depth, has power, gains even more complexity and depth with air, very good, firm, rather juicy and very mineral finish with light nutty-woody and yeasty notes.
