Firm, compact, deep, complex nose, prominent mineral notes, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, some elderberry, pepper, whiff of yellow and green fruit, some avocado. Quite compact and tart on the nose, prominent vegetal notes, peppery spice, herbaceous notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, still has some yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, light grip, tranquil, salted lemons in the background, firm core, deep, currently still totally closed, very good long, firm finish.
