Cool, deep, very firm nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, intense mineral notes, whiff of yellow and green fruit, some avocado, hint of capers and artichokes, floral traces, hint of bacon. Concenctrated, firm, polished, ripe, juicy, tart fruit on the palate. very creamy, but also has some grip, elegant acid bite, persistent and complex, quite deep, still largely undeveloped, has both warm and cool elements, light tannic touch, floral traces, hint of dark berries, long, complex finish.
