cool nose, still slightly yeasty, herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of capers, floral traces. Clear, polished, fairly cool, elegant, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, yeasty and fresh vegetal aromas, light floral traces, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, good depth, still young, mineral notes in the b ackground, delicate yellow spice, hint of tobacco, very good finish.
