2014 Süd-Steiermark Ried Pössnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK Große Lage, Alte Reben, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, tart nose, still slightly reductive, prominent yeasty notes, touch of blanched almonds, light yellow and green fruit, elegant elderflower, black berries and prominent mineral notes. Firm, cool elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, quite concentrated and persistent, prominent yeasty notes, spicy green vegetal notes, hint of green pepper in the background, green bell peppers, good grip, mineral notes, still totally undeveloped, but already shows depth and finesse, elegant style, black pepper in the background, very good firm, tart finish.
