Editor note: Cool, fairly tart nose, nutty and light vegetal notes, citrus and light floral notes, some pomaceous fruit, mineral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and prominent nutty aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, floral traces, good persistence and substance, elegant style, light grip, delicately creamy, mineral notes on a very good finish.
