Editor note: Nutty, yeasty nose, pomaceous fruit with a hint of citrus, light oak, white flowers, hint of bacon in the background, peppery traces, buttery notes, light mineral notes. Tart, fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, light nutty oak, still noticeably yeasty, ripe tannins provide firm grip, some white pepper in the background, floral and vegetal notes, slightly salty mineral notes, good substance and depth, hint of dark berries in the background, buttery traces, still slightly muted on a very good finish with lemony notes.
