Cool, yeasty and herbal nose with citrus notes, a hint of pome fruit as well as nutmeggy-nutty traces. Lean, delicate, cool fruit, quite lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, yeasty and vegetal tones, not completely dry, some persistence, good, again cool finish with delicate juice and nutty tones.
