Murky lemon yellow colour. Prominent yeasty and light vegetal notes, fairly cool, mature, yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, light mineral notes. Tart, fairly firm fruit on the palate, cool and juicy, yeasty as well as cool vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, salty and chalky mineral notes, very good, tart finish.
