Murky yellow-gold colour. Firm nose, light nutty, yeasty and partly dried vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit aromas, touch of pulses, light mineral notes. Ripe, tart fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and nutty notes, dried vegetal and very light peppery aromas, persistent and quite concentrated, very elegant acidity, noticeable tannins provide grip, noticeable mineral notes in the background, ethereal herbaceous traces and light floral traces, very good tart, juicy, yeasty, spicy, vegetal finish.
