Cool, clear, and quite firm, slightly fresh-vegetal to herbal nose with predominantly bright yellow fruit aromas, floral hints, suggested cumin, and a certain minerality. Relatively calm fruit, fine acidity, and delicate melt, nutty traces, certain minerality in the background, good sustainability, has grip, a hint of dark fruits, floral hints, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2026 bis 2031+. What our ratings mean
